A recent independent survey of IT Vision customers asked the question "How would you describe the overall level of service you receive from IT Vision".  37% of respondees stated that IT Vision met their expectations and a huge 59% stated that IT Vision's service was above or well above their expectations. 

IT Vision strives to keep abreast of new technologies as they emerge and to provide customers with an edge wherever possible (our GIS interface is an example). We have seven software development staff based in our Perth office, and recent developments have included On-Line Web-Based solutions (that Councils can offer ratepayers and the general public), an interactive web application for Port Authorities, and a rapid software development tool, named SynergySoft DIY (that enables Councils to develop their own solutions that are integrated with SynergySoft data).
