A suite of four mobile solutions built upon the new Altus platform are now available. altusEMM is a mobility suite of products which enables organisations to swiftly and securely deploy highly effective mobile applications. Built on the new Altus platform, this solution uses leading edge web technology which integrates seamlessly with the SynergySoft database. Fully web based and a cloud hosted solution, this means there is no software to install and updates are included at no additional cost and are fully automated.

Applications available:

Cats and Dogs

Enable users to have full access to the SynergySoft Cat and Dog information whilst away from the office, helping them to identify animals and their owners, warn if a dog is dangerous, and check if it is currently licensed or has infringements against it.

Mobile Requisitions

Simplifies the process of approving requisitions and creating purchase order whilst on the road by providing a concise view of requisitions awaiting approval including the viewing of attachments on the mobile device, enabling the mobile user to generate purchase orders without delay.

Customer Services

Enables mobile users to access and update existing customer service requests as well as record new ones, helping to ensure that accurate information is instantly available to all staff.

Pool Inspections

Provides mobile optimised data input form for recording Pool Inspection details. The program stores key information about each pool including for example, when it was last inspected, the name of the officer who performed the last inspection and the date when the pool is next due for inspection.

Bushfire Permits

Provides mobile optimised data input form for recording bushfire inspection details, and issuing permits. Using the system officers can perform inspections on-site, and enter their results onto a hand held device, using Intramaps.
