Cash Receipting & Dogs (21st August) Duration 1 Day
This course explains how to use the Receipting module to process all receipt types and includes Dog Registrations, Dog Reports and Dog Renewals.

Payroll (3rd/4th September) Duration 2 Days
This course provides extensive training in all aspects of SynergySoft Payroll.

Rates & Property (10th /11th September) Duration 2 Days
This course provides extensive training in all aspects of the SynerygySoft Rates & Property modules.

Report Manager - Essentials (25th September) Duration ½ Day
Attendees will learn how to extract data from SynergySoft and produce spreadsheets, CSV files and mail merges.

Report Manager - Advanced (25th September) Duration ½ day
This course is intended for experienced Report Manager Users who wish to learn more advanced reporting techniques.

Electoral Roll - (11th August) Duration 1.5 hrs
This session covers the processes to complete the Electoral Roll for both, in person and postal elections.

Introduction to 7.1 Finance - (13th August) Duration 1.5 hrs
This session covers the new enhancements and changes in the finance modules.

Introduction to 7.1 Ancillary Modules - (18th August) Duration 1.5 hrs
This session will demonstrate major enhancements to Reporting, Workflow and general enhancements to Records, Planning. Community Info & Bookings and Names & Addresses.

Introduction to 7.1 Payroll - (20th August) Duration 1.5 hrs
New enhancements and changes in the payroll modules.

Introduction to 7.1 Rates - (26th August) Duration 1.5 hrs
Covers new enhancements and changes in the rates modules.

Introduction to 7.1 Human Resources - (27th August) Duration 1.5 hrs

Prerequisite: Some experience using SynergySoft and some knowledge of HR procedures. This session will demonstrate the functions available within the following four areas: Personnel, Recruitment, Training and OH & S.

Trust - (8th September) Duration 1.5 hrs
This course is designed to provide a new user with an overview of the SynergySoft Trust System. It can also be used as a refresher course for those already familiar with the Trust system.

Bank Reconciliations - (15th September) Duration 1.5 hrs
This course is designed to provide new users with an OVERVIEW. To learn how to perform a manual reconciliation of banks statements. Create free codes.

Documentation Reviews
As you may already know, we are currently performing a complete review of all our existing documentation. As part of the review process we would like to hear from you about ways we can make our documentation easier to use, more informative and useful.
Feedback we've had from those who've already seen the new Report Manager Guide indicate that the suggestions we received and incorporated to improve the Manual have made a huge impact.
