IT Vision News
Alan Smith takes over the helm at IT Vision.
After more than 20 years associated with our business, and having various roles including that of CEO over the last 18 months, Nick Cook has decided to move on to new endeavors. Starting with us in 1991 as a partner in Vision Computer Systems and then IT Vision, Nick was a major influence in the development of SynergySoft and particularly the GIS front end. Nick has contributed significantly to the success of our software, and the company, and our best wishes go to him and his family for their future.
Alan Smith has stepped into the challenging role of CEO after having been one of the IT Vision Management Team for many years. Alan has been with the company from its inception and has had direct responsibility for both the Support and Software Development teams for the last 2 years. Alan has been involved with local government software in WA since 1985 and worked for a local authority in the UK prior to that. Alan is looking forward to the challenge of continuing to improve the service that we provide to our customers, whilst maintaining the growth that our business has been enjoying and meeting the aspirations of our staff.
