Nick brings with him a wealth of experience in and knowledge of both software development and Local Government application software. Nick has been with the company since 1992, is a long standing member of the Management Executive Team and has been the Development Manager for the last few years. As such he has a good understanding of IT Vision’s business, its products and the challenges ahead.

Nick will be replacing Earl Ward, who has held the position of CEO for over 10 years. In that time Earl has steered IT Vision from a small organisation to one which now employees four times as many staff  and has a very strong position in the market place. IT Vision wishes to thank Earl for all of his efforts and wishes him success in his new role of Finance Director, which carries with it responsibilities for financial, legal and HR matters as well as general office administration.

Nick will continue as the Development Manager, being responsible for IT Vision’s Software Development activities for the next few months, until a number of key projects are successfully completed.
