IT Vision is pleased to announce the appointment of our new Support Manager

Since Vincent Bentley’s decision to take up the opportunity of pursuing a new career direction 3 months ago Graham Santich has done an excellent job as acting Support Manager. Graham’s experience in local government and the knowledge he accumulated as a result meant that he could easily assist the Support Team in continuing to provide timely and quality Support to our customers while the extensive interviewing process was underway for a new Support Manager.

As a result of that interview process, Catherine Englund, who many of you may already know through her previous role as Account Manager at IT Vision, has been appointed as the new Support Manager. Catherine’s experience over the past two years with IT Vision will be carried forward to her new role. She will also be assisting Martin Bull provide customer assistance until a new Account Manager is appointed in the next few months.

Catherine is looking forward to taking up her new role and to implementing the numerous innovative ideas she has for delivering customer service that meets and/or exceeds our customers' expectations.
