          Crystal Reports for SynergySoft Level 1

This course is designed for people using SynergySoft who would like to learn about
creating reports and have little or no previous experience with Crystal Reports.

Concepts covered include Report Planning, Creating a Basic Report, Choosing a data
source, The design environment, Saving a report, Formatting Report Objects/Sections,
The Select Expert, Grouping and Sorting, Introduction to Formulas.

          Crystal Reports for SynergySoft Level 2

Building on the activities covered in the Level 1 course, students will gain comprehensive
skills and in-depth knowledge to plan and create reports that will help them analyse and
interpret important information.

Concepts covered include, Conditional Formatting, Drill Downs and Graphs, Exporting
Reports, Advanced Section Formatting, The Running Total Expert, Parameter Fields,
Advanced Grouping
