Where is the training venue?

Training is hosted at IT Vision’s offices at 15 Ogilvie Road, Mt Pleasant WA 6153.

The IT Vision Training Room is located on Level 1 (ground floor). As you enter the building, the training room is located to the right. Please follow the signs.


Where do I park?

There is paid street parking in front of the office on Ogilvie Road. There is additional paid Wilson parking in the multi-storey complex behind the office building, which you can access via Ogilvie Road. To use this facility, you will need to download the free Wilson Parking app and park in the unmarked bays.


Is there public transport available?

Yes – a number of Transperth buses operate along Canning Highway, just a short walk from IT Vision’s office. Canning Bridge train station is also easy to access, about a 10 minute walk from the office. 


What time is my training session?

For training sessions in our Perth office, Half Day training sessions start at 9am and finish at 1pm. Full Day training sessions start at 9am and finish at 4:30pm.

For training sessions hosted online, Half Day training sessions start at 8:30am and finish at 1pm and Full Day training sessions start at 8:30am and finish at 4:30pm.

Our training sessions are in Australian Western Standard time, unless courses are specific to QLD and NSW only (e.g. “Rates Modelling and Billing QLD). Please note that for those courses specific to QLD and NSW only, timing will be based on Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).

What time do I need to arrive?

Please arrive at the training venue 15 minutes prior to the start time.


What do I need to bring with me?

A notepad and pen, and any questions or examples that you’d like addressed in the training session. We also recommend you bring a jacket with you, as the training room is airconditioned.


I’m completing training online. What do I need?

If you’re completing training online, access to Microsoft Teams is required. We also strongly recommend you have dual computer monitors set up and a functioning microphone, as our workshops are very interactive, and questions are encouraged.


Is lunch included?

Morning or afternoon tea is provided for half day training sessions.

Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea is provided for full day training sessions. 

Tea, coffee and water is provided for all training sessions.


Do I need to prepare or ready anything prior to the training session?

No preparation is required. However, if there are specific questions you would like answered in your training session, please send these through to training@itvision.com.au ahead of time. We will also provide you with an agenda prior to your training session if you would like to read this and familiarise yourself with the content.


Are there options for online training?

Absolutely. Each training session is available face-to-face and online. Simply specify your preference when you register online.


Is there accommodation available nearby?

For those who are travelling for training, the nearest accommodation to IT Vision’s office is Canning Bridge Auto Lodge. This is a 3-minute walk from the training venue.
